About this file

This is a pricing schedule attachment for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the United States Coast Guard for the overhaul of Main Fuel Control components. The solicitation (70Z03826QJ0000351) is for commercial items under FAR subpart 12.201 and applies to NAICS code 336413 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This is an unrestricted requirement open to all responsible sources, with anticipation of a firm-fixed price purchase order award on a sole source basis.

The requirement calls for overhaul services to be performed by Woodward, Inc. (OEM, Cage Code 66503) or an OEM-authorized overhaul facility. The initial order quantity is four (4) overhauls, with an option for one (1) additional overhaul (maximum five total) at the same price and lead time, exercisable within 365 days of the initial award date. Contractors should submit pricing on this attachment schedule. Any optional quantity modifications will be issued unilaterally to the contractor. Contractors with concerns about OEM-authorized facilities' expertise and capabilities are invited to submit offers.
