1. Project Title: EMCS System Upgrade

2. Project Location: 934th Communications Squadron 760 Military Highway, Bldg. 761 Minneapolis, MN 55450

3. General Scope: To procure EMCS hardware to meet current infrastructure and cyber security requirements and resolve open IGEMS deficiencies.

4. Detailed Requirements:

A. Hardware

1. EasyIO VAV Controllers, must have the ability to permanently disable WIFI and/or Bluetooth (No suitable substitute for manufacturer or model) Quantity: 92, UoM: EA

2. EasyIO FS32 Plant Controllers, must have the ability to permanently disable WIFI and/or Bluetooth (No suitable substitute for manufacturer or model) Quantity: 18, UoM: EA

3. EasyIO FS20 Plant Controllers, must have the ability to permanently disable WIFI and/or Bluetooth (No suitable substitute for manufacturer or model) Quantity: 18, UoM: EA

B. Software:

1. N/A

C. Configuration

1. Compatible Windows 11, EasyIO Software, and Niagara V4 software.

D. Training N/A

E. Installation N/A

5. All materials shall come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Refurbished parts are not acceptable. Acceptable vendors registered in SAM include Broudy Precision and Energy Control Technologies.
