About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Splunk implementation, enhancement, and maintenance services required by the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO). The PWS outlines the contractor's responsibilities, which include configuring the Splunk instance to meet SpRCO's network security requirements, developing dashboards, managing event IDs, and providing project management services. The period of performance is 90 days, and the work will be performed virtually and on-site at Kirtland Air Force Base.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Splunk Professional Services requirements. The RFP is set aside for small business competition, with a NAICS code of 541519 and a size standard of $34 million. The government estimates the requirement at 80 hours, and offerors must submit proposals by August 30, 2024.
