Questions
1. Can the Government confirm what are the submittal requirements for the Technical Volume?
a. Propose in accordance with the requirements in the RFP as stated.
2. Can you explain what the estimate of “Our estimate timeframe for this Performance
Work Statement (PWS) is 80 hours. If proposing above 80 hours, provide a justification” is referring to?
a. Our IGCE determined that it should not take over 80 hours to perform the PWS tasks. We ask if proposals are over 80 hours that they explain the tasks or levels of effort that would take longer to complete than estimated.
3. Can you provide clarity around the expected time spent on-site by the project team?
a. Due to the isolated network and inherent testing, all work must be performed on0site to ensure interoperability.
4. It states that no DD254 is required because SpRCO system admins will be implementing the necessary changes to complete the task, but are there any limitations on project team citizenship?
a. Vendor’s technicians must be US citizens.
5. Who is the incumbent?
a. No incumbent.
6. What was the previous award amount?
a. No previous contract awarded.
7. What was the previous contract number?
a. No previous contract awarded.
8. What is the anticipated award date for this contract?
a. No anticipated award date has been determined from this RFP.
