PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY (PRS)

1. General: This Performance Requirement Summary (PRS) is applicable to all contractor provided services.

Contractor services will be inspected in accordance with FAR 46.407 – Nonconforming Supplies or Services and FAR 52.246-4 Inspection of Services – Fixed Price. The contractor’s primary consideration when considering quality control as it relates to flight training services is to ensure that the required personnel to meet contract standards are identified and provided daily in accordance with contract terms.

1.1 Required Services: The contract service requirements considered most critical to acceptable task order performance that are subject to this PRS are listed in column (1).

1.2 Performance Measure and Standard: Task order service performance requirements are listed in columns (2) and (3).

1.3 Acceptable Quality Level (AQL): Column (4) represents the AQL of training support not provided before a deduction is applied to the task order price.

1.4 Price Deduction: Column (5) provides the total labor contract deduction based on the appropriate labor hour rates identified in the Pricing Matrix, by fiscal year, which shall be deducted from the monthly task order price when the AQL is exceeded for each defect.

2. Method of Deduction: Deductions from the task order price will occur once the AQL is exceeded. When the AQL is exceeded, all the defects in that class are subject to deduct (Column 5).

3. Noncritical tasks will be inspected under the Inspection of Services Clause.
