No changes are allowed to the schedule or haul route without CO or ERHS POC coordination. The task that requires MSW collection is detailed in Appendix A. When the Contractor completes service at a location there shall be no litter, waste, or recyclable material on the ground within a 10-foot radius of the container. The contractor shall be paid by price per haul relating to the size of the container, as well as the associated processing fee.
