Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Weed Control and Vegetation Management Services

1.0 General Information

1.1 Introduction

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for a comprehensive weed control and vegetation management program for multiple facilities at the 704th Test Group, Holloman Air Force Base (AFB), NM. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform these services.

1.2 Background

1.3 Scope

The Contractor shall deliver pre- and post-emergent herbicide control methods to address broadleaf weeds and grasses. The herbicidal treatment must cover all paved and gravel areas, including but not limited to roads, walkways, storage yards, fence lines, and the immediate vicinities of buildings and equipment as specified in Appendix A.

1.4 Period of Performance

The Period of Performance shall consist of a continuous five (5) year ordering period.

Individual Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) calls may be issued at any time during this 60-month ordering window.

Ordering Period Anticipated Dates

Ordering Year 1 1 October 2026 – 30 September 2027

Ordering Year 2 1 October 2027 – 30 September 2028

Ordering Year 3 1 October 2028 – 30 September 2029
