The contractor must provide weekly linen and supply services, including pickup, delivery, cleaning, and sterilization of linens, mats, and sanitation supplies. Specific requirements include laundering and replacing thermal blankets, sheets, pillow slips, towels, and other items with quantities varying by location (260 items weekly for Camp Billy Machen, 125 for Camp Morena, and 100 for Camp Michael Monsoor).

Key service specifications include weekly pickup and delivery between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, with contractors responsible for providing laundry bags, tracking items, and ensuring sterilized linens free of bacteria and microorganisms. The contract is structured as a five-year ordering period with a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) approach. Contractors must be certified and licensed per local, state, and federal regulations, maintain a Quality Control Plan, and be subject to government inspections and potential Contract Discrepancy Reports for unsatisfactory performance.
