About this file

This document includes a past performance questionnaire and rating guidelines for evaluating contractor performance on previous federal contracts, as well as information on an upcoming federal contract opportunity. The past performance questionnaire is a template for agency officials to collect feedback from references on an incumbent contractor's performance on quality, cost control, timeliness, customer satisfaction, and overall performance for prior contracts. It includes fields for the contractor and contract details, performance ratings on an adjective scale, an assessment of whether the reference would hire the contractor again, and the evaluator's contact information. The rating guidelines define performance ratings of unsatisfactory, marginal, satisfactory, very good, and exceptional for use in completing the questionnaire.

The upcoming federal contract opportunity is a solicitation by the United States Coast Guard for program management and technical support services to support all phases of its requirements generation process. The single award will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity firm fixed price contract for a one year base period and four one-year options. The Coast Guard intends to issue the request for proposal on February 6, 2024 and make an award by August 31, 2024. The requirement will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
