About this file

This document is a combined synopsis and solicitation for an Endoscopy Information System. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes for a brand name or equal Endoscopy Information System from Utech Products called EndoSoft to deliver patient care at VA medical centers. A single award firm fixed price requirements contract will be established for one base year and four option years. Quotes are due by June 12, 2020 and should include pricing for the contract line items in Attachment A. The system must support gastroenterology and pulmonary endoscopy specialties, provide image capture and reports from various endoscopes, and interface with the VA's EMR, VistA, and Cerner systems. The award will be made to the responsible vendor providing the best value solution meeting the technical and pricing requirements.
