About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for maintenance and repair services of the 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron's (60 LRS) Deployment/Reception Command and Control (C2) system at Travis Air Force Base, California, effective April 1, 2026.
The contractor shall provide comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on a C2 system and associated audio-visual equipment across multiple facilities including Buildings P1, P3, 31, 130, 869, 977, and the 900 Area. Equipment to be serviced includes video displays, network transceivers, control systems, amplifiers, speakers, fiber optic media converters, projectors, and surveillance cameras (over 40 specific equipment items listed). Preventive maintenance requires four quarterly inspections annually covering operational tests, filter and lens cleaning, display calibration, and firmware checks. Corrective maintenance response times are three hours for telephone support and 48 hours for on-site dispatch of a qualified technician. If critical equipment cannot be repaired within 72 hours, the contractor must provide functionally equivalent loaner equipment. The contract period is one base year (September 29, 2027 – September 28, 2028) plus four one-year options through September 28, 2031. Deliverables include quarterly maintenance reports, corrective maintenance reports as required, updated projector lamp hour logs, modified software code on CD/DVD, and annual Antiterrorism/OPSEC training certifications. The contractor must obtain pre-approval from 60 LRS/LGRD before purchasing parts, coordinate with 60 Civil Engineering Squadron for electrical work and 60 Communications Squadron for network equipment repairs, vet all equipment and software through the Cybersecurity Office per Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act, and provide only new equipment (no refurbished items). Personnel must obtain Common Access Cards, complete Level I Antiterrorism and OPSEC training annually, and comply with all information security requirements.
