About this file

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items from the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Inspector General seeking proposals for the establishment of an annual inspection program for electronic security systems at various OIG facilities. The solicitation requests proposals for a firm fixed price contract to provide inspection, maintenance, and warranty services for access control, intrusion detection, intercom, and CCTV systems. The period of performance is a one year base period plus four one year option periods. The total small business set-aside requires proposals by July 28, 2020 with award by August 2020. Evaluation criteria include technical approach, past performance, and price, with technical and past performance more important than price. The solicitation details locations, equipment requirements and standards.
