Sheet1
| NSF Convergence Accelerator Consolidated Personnel List |
| Instructions: |
Before starting, read all instructions. This Excel template is locked. You can select any cell but will only be able to enter or change content of the white cells.
1. Who's on the Consolidated Personnel List: List all known project personnel as required by the proposal preparation instructions in the Convergence Accelerator solicitation. There should only be one spreadsheet submitted that lists all personnel for a project, regardless of how many institutions are involved.
2. Starting in cell A5, pick from the dropdown list the type of personnel listed. Only list a person as a PI/PD or Co-PI/PD if they are listed on a cover page. Use the Other Senior Personnel; Subawardee Personnel, or Other Personnel, and Collaborator Personnel options for all others. Include all persons who submitted a Letter of Collaboration and / or a biographical sketch submitted as part of the proposal.
3. Enter info: Typing directly into cells is best. If you do paste data into this sheet only do so for the personnel information in columns B through F and use "Copy & Paste". Do not use "Cut & Paste" or "Drag & Drop," which cause errors.
4. More guidance: Click on any column heading for additional help. Note that the Project Role (column A) is restricted to the listed options and must be chosen from the drop-down menu that appears when you click in the cell. If you are wavering on including someone or not, you should include them.
5. Saving the file: When complete, save this file with a filename in the following format: [Proposal ID#]_[PI's last name]. E.g., 1800000_Smith. When ready to submit, save as an Adobe PDF: In the Acrobat PDF Maker box, go to the conversion options section, select the radio button titled "Fit to paper width" and then select Convert to PDF.
6. Sending to NSF: Upload a copy of the properly named file as a PDF attachment to your proposal when submitting final proposal.
7. Additional help: Instructions can be found in the Convergence Accelerator solicitation, or you can email Convergence-Accelerator@nsf.gov for additional help.
REMINDER: Prior to submitting the completed Excel file, ensure the filename follows the format:
[Proposal ID#]_[PI's last name] e.g., 1800000_Smith.
