About this file
This is a Cleaning Checklist attachment for a janitorial services contract issued by the Missouri Office of Administration, Division of Facilities, Management, Design, and Construction for the Wildwood Office Complex. The document outlines comprehensive cleaning requirements organized by frequency of performance, including daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks. Daily duties encompass trash removal and disposal, cleaning of glass surfaces, floor maintenance through sweeping and mopping, restroom sanitation, kitchen and breakroom cleaning, elevator maintenance, and miscellaneous tasks such as cobweb removal, damage reporting, and completion of daily logs. The checklist specifies detailed cleaning standards for all building areas, including entrance and exit doors, carpeted and hard surface floors, restrooms with disinfectant requirements, and exterior perimeter maintenance.
Weekly requirements include thorough washing and disinfection of wastebaskets, removal of exterior debris and parking lot trash, restroom air diffuser cleaning, and surface dusting of file cabinets, bookshelves, handrails, and conference tables. Monthly tasks require machine scrubbing of vinyl composite tile and stone floors with buffing or burnishing, comprehensive interior glass cleaning, restroom wall disinfection, light fixture cleaning within twelve feet of the floor, blind dusting, baseboard cleaning, and door frame maintenance. Semi-annual requirements mandate deep carpet cleaning, floor stripping and refinishing with skid-proof wax application, and ductwork dusting. The checklist serves as the performance standard for evaluating contractor compliance with service level expectations throughout the contract term.
