About this file
This is a Bill of Materials (BOM) and Schedule of Supplies and Services for a federal furniture procurement contract at Naval Support Activity Philadelphia (NSA-P). The solicitation (SP470126Q0213) requires the delivery, installation, and related services for administrative office furniture during a base period from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installation Management is procuring brand-name Knoll, Inc. modular office furniture and systems on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis to renovate the DCSO Administration Area in Building 26 to support DLA Engineering Management.
The scope requires furnishing a minimum of sixteen (16) cubicles with six-by-six-foot or larger dimensions, non-transference panel walls at 60 inches minimum height, L-shaped desks, task chairs, power outlets, storage, adjustable-height desks (22.8" to 49" range with 30" minimum depth), and dual monitor arms per workstation. The contract includes five line items (CLINs 0001–0005): delivery with labor and materials, staff workstations and fixtures, modular furniture installation services, and two additional expansion options. All work must comply with applicable building codes, fire and life safety requirements, and ADA accessibility standards. The contractor must provide a firm delivery and installation schedule at least two weeks in advance, maintain secure work areas with safe egress pathways, remove and lawfully dispose of all debris, coordinate site visits with the Contracting Officer Representative, and ensure all furniture is functional, defect-free, and securely installed before formal government acceptance.
