About this file
This document is a construction specification from the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services for Class 5 Fast Water Navigation Buoys. The specification details the requirements for the buoys, including that they must meet United States Coast Guard Class 5 Fast Water Buoy Specification, with options for isomer foam or plastic coated foam construction. The buoys must be 48 inches in height and 36 inches in diameter, with top and bottom steel plates, HDG schedule 80 steel pipe, radar reflectors, and specific color and marking requirements per USCG standards. The specification includes references to relevant USCG drawings and the DES website for more information.
The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial information. It appears to be solely a technical specification for the required buoy construction and design.
