About this file

This is a Statement of Requirements for AFROTC Marketing Items establishing a contract vehicle to supply customized promotional merchandise to 145 AFROTC detachments, 4 AFROTC regions, and HQ AFROTC across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. The requirement eliminates the need for detachments to rely on a single Government Purchase Card for numerous annual purchases by enabling direct procurement from government-approved vendors.

The contract requires vendors to provide a wide variety of tailored marketing items customizable with AFROTC and detachment-specific logos, contact information, and other requested details. Required items include pens, stress balls, signs, banners, stickers, bags, T-shirts, polo shirts, caps, sunglasses, water bottles, cups, tumblers, travel mugs, and similar promotional merchandise. Quantities will vary based on individual detachment and region recruiting needs. Vendors must deliver items directly to requesting locations nationwide. Depending on items ordered, contractors may be required to provide installation services (for banners and flight simulators) and training (for flight simulators), with specific requirements identified at the time of each order. All items must be brand new; refurbished products are not authorized. Contractors must provide original equipment manufacturer standard commercial warranties at no additional cost and furnish all relevant manufacturer documentation, warranties, equipment manuals, and written warranty service procedures, including technical support contact information and troubleshooting assistance details, prior to project acceptance.
