About this file

This document contains a combined synopsis and solicitation for a 16 Channel 100W S-Band High-Power Amplifier Shelf. The Naval Research Laboratory seeks delivery of the shelf no later than 12 months from award to support research and development activities. The shelf must contain 16 channels that each amplify a 1mW RF input signal to 100W, operate within the 3.1-3.5GHz range, and meet various gain, power, pulse, and harmonic specifications. Control circuitry is required for monitoring health and operation. The unit will be housed in a standard 19-inch rack and incorporate RF input and output connectors. Vendors must demonstrate experience producing similar high-power solid-state transmitters. Offers are due by December 19, 2022 for consideration under the firm fixed-price contract to be awarded.
