About this file

This file is a Deliverables Attachment (Attachment 07) for a High Energy Rail (HE-Rail) Large-Scale Fixed Systems contract with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), detailing comprehensive submission requirements across multiple project phases. The deliverables are organized into six primary sections: System Deliverables (S-series), Design/Construction Deliverables (D-series), Training Requirements (TR-series), Testing Requirements (TE-series), and Lifecycle Sustainment Requirements (L-series), with specific deadlines ranging from 14 days to 120 days after contract award.

Key deliverables include a Contract Kick-Off Meeting within 30 days of award, monthly progress reports due on the 10th of each month, weekly status reports, multiple design review submissions, safety plans, equipment installation data, site survey reports, training design plans, instructor and student guides, system user manuals, acceptance test plans, radiological survey reports, preventative maintenance schedules, technical documentation packages, and warranty certificates. Most deliverables are to be submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or specific CBP divisions, with review periods typically ranging from 30 to 90 days, emphasizing a structured approach to project documentation and compliance.

Comment:

The SOW suggests that the kick-off meeting has to be scheduled within 30 days but not necessarily held within that time. This implies that it must be held within 30 days (it should be sooner to avoid losing a whole month before the contract gets under way). Are there related documents and reports due for/ from this meeting?

@GRUEBELE, DONOVAN M. or @LAO, DALMACIO (CTR) any update on this? I think this is the only thing we need to finalize for this. If we know the title of it we can probably close this out and make it Appendix A.

Reply:

I think we can call it Appendix A.

Dan is still working on the report template.

There should be a separate HE Rail Appendix unrelated to MEP/LEP.

Check for Deliverables in all Attachments of the SOW. For instance, in Attachment 9 Section 7 there is a requirement for the Contractor to deliver a QA Assessment Report after each PMR. This is not included in Attachment 7.
