About this file

This document is a Project Management and Coordination specification section (Section 01 31 00.01) detailing digital project management requirements. The specification mandates the use of a web-based project management software package with comprehensive features, including project data compilation, access control, document workflow planning, communication tracking, and mobile device compatibility. Specified software options include Procore, Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange, or equivalent platforms.

Key requirements include providing user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and consultants, delivering eight hours of software training, and creating a digital project archive in a readable format at project completion. The software must support functions such as RFI tracking, submittal management, change order processing, meeting minute distribution, document revision control, and construction progress photo management. The specification emphasizes real-time communication tracking, secure document markup, and comprehensive project documentation throughout the construction process.
