About this file
This document includes an attachment and federal contract opportunity related to travel trailers and recreational vehicles for victims of the Oregon wildfires. The attachment outlines requirements for the small, local business set aside portion of the solicitation, including providing evidence that an offeror's main operating office has been in the designated area and generated at least half of its revenues from the area for the past twelve months. The federal contract opportunity seeks thirteen travel trailers and RVs for immediate purchase and delivery to the Federal Emergency Management Agency to support temporary housing as part of the agency's response to Oregon Wildfires declared disaster DR-4562-OR. The solicitation is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items and constitutes the only solicitation issued, with multiple purchase order contracts expected to be awarded. Pricing is to be provided in response to the statement of work, which offerors must carefully read and comply with fully. Only bids from small, local businesses will be accepted.
