About this file

This document is a Submission Instructions attachment for a dental services solicitation by the Arizona Army National Guard. The solicitation (Number PANNGB-25-P-0000 027363) seeks dental services for approximately 160 patients over a 12-month period, with a detailed Technical Exhibit 2 listing specific dental procedures and their estimated quantities. Key evaluation criteria include a small business set-aside preference, with awards prioritized to small businesses and pricing determined by the lowest aggregate sum that is deemed both "fair and reasonable" and "realistic". Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit pricing directly to christopher.l.rogers.mil@army.mil, with technical capability weighted equally to price. The solicitation covers a wide range of dental procedures including oral evaluations, x-rays, fillings, root canals, extractions, and crown work, with vendors required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and quality control.
