About this file
This document is a technical specification section for Project Management and Coordination that outlines digital project management procedures for a construction project. The specification mandates the use of a web-based project management software package (such as Procore or Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange) with comprehensive features including document workflow planning, access control, real-time communication tracking, and mobile device compatibility. Key requirements include providing user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and consultants, offering eight hours of software training, and delivering a digital project archive in a locked, readable format upon project completion. The software must support tracking of project communications like RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and construction progress documentation, with robust security and revision control capabilities.
