The Monument requires procurement of one fully operational Polaris Pro XD Full Size Crew Cab Diesel UTV with one transport trailer to support maintenance, search and rescue, scientific, and resource management operations across its 26,000-acre property. The Government intends the Polaris Pro XD as the basis of design but will consider equal products that meet or exceed all salient characteristics. The UTV must feature a diesel-powered, three-cylinder engine with approximately 898 cc displacement and minimum 23 HP; mechanical fuel injection; liquid-cooled system; on-demand 4x4 drive; automatic transmission; shaft-driven final drive; minimum 25 mph top speed (adjustable); 2,500 lbs towing capacity; 1,900 lbs payload capacity; four-person crew cab seating; approximately 11 inches ground clearance; and minimum 11-gallon fuel capacity. The vehicle must include a heavy-duty suspension system (approximately 9-inch travel front and rear), electronic power steering, and be suitable for off-road and desert terrain operations. Required accessories include roof with beacon light, poly windshield and rear panel, mirrors, air filter gauge, fire extinguisher mount, front winch (minimum 6,000 lb capacity), and upfitted lift cargo box. Delivery must be FOB destination to 101 Katzenbach Drive, Boulder City, Nevada 89002, fully assembled, tested, and ready for operation within 90 days of award. Deliverables include the operational UTV with all accessories installed, manufacturer's warranty documentation, operator manuals, and an invoice. Government inspection and acceptance will verify all specifications and accessories are present and functioning properly.
