About this file

This document contains the terms and conditions for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) established by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Ft Liberty (MICC- FL) for the removal, moving, and reinstallation of barracks and office furniture at Ft. Liberty, NC.

The BPA is a 5-year, multiple-award agreement set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The government estimates the total volume of moves under this BPA to be $5,331,235.00 over the 5-year ordering period. The BPA will remain open on SAM.gov for new contractor onboarding for the first 4 years. Ordering will be done through simplified acquisition procedures, with orders below the micropurchase threshold ($2,500) placed on a rotating basis, and larger orders competed among BPA holders. Pricing will be requested at the order level, not the BPA level. The government will evaluate BPA holders annually and may add or remove contractors as appropriate.
