The solicitation is for VOIP training designed for the Cisco Unified Call Manager system at Eielson Air Force Base, with the purpose of qualifying trainees to administer and maintain the VOIP system and prepare them for Cisco certification. The solicitation has a response due date of 10:00 AM AKST on 24 September 2024, and the contracting points of contact are provided.
