About this file

The document is a Go/No-Go Matrix for the SOFMC TAK Technology Area of Interest (AOI) solicitation, outlining key evaluation criteria for potential offerors. The matrix requires submission of white papers demonstrating compliance in three critical areas: (1) DoD Software Development and Open-Source Memo Compliance, (2) Capability Attributes aligned with SOFMC Notice requirements, and (3) Prototype Demonstration Schedule adherence to an 8-week timeline. The government will verify each white paper's ability to meet specified technical and developmental criteria.

This solicitation by the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) seeks innovative software solutions for the Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) technology, focusing on continuous development and fielding of collaborative software supporting mission planning, rehearsal, and execution. The program aims to rapidly enhance capabilities through an agile DevSecOps approach, targeting capability gaps and improving battlefield awareness. Proposed solutions must demonstrate technical architectures that can be proven within an 8-week period, leveraging commercial innovations and adhering to DoD software acquisition best practices.
