Statement of Work Summary

This Statement of Work details equipment procurement requirements for the USAF Band of the Golden West at Travis AFB, California, dated 06 August 2026. The contractor shall provide Shure Axient brand wireless transmitters, receivers, batteries, chargers, and accessories to support a lifecycle update for the organization's wireless audio systems. The specific equipment deliverables include: two AD4Q-US four-channel digital wireless receivers, four ADX2/B87A handheld transmitters with Beta 87 capsules, four ADX1 bodypack transmitters with TA4M connectors, one PSM ADTQ quad IEM transmitter, one ADPSM-4CL four-channel license, and eight PSM ADXR bodypack receivers.

The system must operate within the UHF spectrum (470-960 MHz) with tuning bandwidth up to 184 MHz, support both Standard Mode (up to 17 channels in 6 MHz TV band) and High Density Mode (47 channels in 6 MHz TV band), and deliver transparent audio with flat frequency response (20 Hz to 20 kHz) and latency of 2.9 milliseconds or less. Critical system specifications include AES 256-bit encrypted signals, True Digital Diversity, Wireless Workbench software compatibility for RF spectrum monitoring and frequency coordination, and AD610 ShowLink Access Point compatibility for network connectivity and remote control. The handheld and bodypack transmitters require ShowLink enablement and battery runtime monitoring accurate within 15 minutes. All equipment must include a one-year manufacturer warranty (12 months), with all shipping and handling included. Delivery is required 60 days after receipt of order to 551 Waldron Street, Building 240, Travis AFB, California. Post-award coordination shall be directed to TSgt Katherine Salmons.
