About this file

This document is a contract bid schedule for a federal solicitation requesting analyses of vegetation trends and statistical power for three national parks in the Mediterranean Coast Network. The solicitation seeks proposals for two tasks to analyze vegetation trend data and conduct power analyses for sample sizes for 12 outcomes of interest at Channel Islands National Park, Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area, and Cabrillo National Monument. Offerors must submit pricing for the base requirements by the due date. The schedule includes line items for the two analysis tasks to be conducted from October 2023 through September 2025. Deliverables include reports on the methods, results, and recommendations, as well as webinar presentations of the findings to National Park Service staff. Pricing will be evaluated based on best value to the government. The total proposed price should be provided.
