1. Offerors shall meet at the USDA facility; address listed below:

NEA EASTERN REGIONAL RESEARCH CENTER

600 EAST MERMAID LANE

WYNDMOOR PA 19038

2. Site Visit Date: WED SEP 17, 2025, 10AM (1000 HRS) EASTERN (US.)

3. Site Visit Sponsor: Timothy Toal | timothy.toal@usda.gov

4. All requests for attendance shall be coordinated via email to the Site Visit Sponsor.

5. All attendees shall sign in at the front security desk and provide valid ID

6. No PPE is required. Long pants and closed-toed shoes are recommended.

7. This is the only site visit offered. Please do not attempt to schedule alternate dates/times with the location or site visit sponsor.

8. The USDA is under no obligation to reimburse offerors for any site visit related expenses.

9. Under no circumstances will the USDA provide attendee information to any non-USDA interested parties.
