Procedure for reviewing extremely delinquent equipment and reporting why it is extremely delinquent
Log into OASIS and run the “UIC Info Report” by GROUP for your lab. This report will list all of the UIC’s assigned to your lab. For consistency of page format select “GROUP” when you run the report.
The following report contains 41 pages. Each lab will be different.
12 months in a year. One month = 8%. 8% of 41 = 3.28 pages.
Round the 3.28 to 4 pages.
Print out the Components Enrolled Reports for the UIC’s on the first 4 pages.
The next month print out the UIC’s for the next 4 pages and so forth until you report on all pages during the year. Once you have reached the end of the report you will start the process over again.
Using this example 48 pages would be reviewed during a 12 month period, which means pages 1-7 would be reviewed again during the 12 month period.
From the OASIS screen go to the “Components Enrolled” ICON and click it.
In this case I will run Group Code 001 as this will run the CER for all UIC’s within Group Code 001.
The CER will display
