Combined/Synopsis Solicitation
IAW FAR 12.603
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06, effective 26 May, 2022.
Solicitation number: FA558722Q0072 North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 339999 Size standard: N/A Type of set-aside: No small business set asides apply to the acquisition In Accordance With (IAW) FAR 19.000(b)(1)(ii), "Contracting officers may apply this part outside the United States and its outlying areas", it is not deemed in the best interest to pursue SB set-aside.
The contractor shall successfully integrate and coordinate all activity needed to execute the requirements in accordance with the Attachment 0003 Specifications dated 12 July 2022. See Attachment 0002 Quote sheet for CLIN structure.
