About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for aggregate delivery and pickup services required by the USFS Eastern Divide Ranger District roads department. The work involves delivering or picking up various sizes of stone materials—including Crusher Run, Pug Mill, #57, #357, #1, #10, Erosion Control Stone, and Rip Rap Class 1—to predetermined locations across the district to mitigate safety hazards on roads and recreation sites. Close coordination with USFS roads staff is essential given that specific stone sizes and exact delivery locations will be determined on an as-needed basis during the performance period.

The contract runs from April 10, 2025, through April 10, 2026, with a total budget of $60,000. The related solicitation (RFQ 12444026Q0039) is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside for entities meeting the 750-employee threshold under NAICS code 212312. The acquisition is being conducted by the Department of Agriculture Forest Service as a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 12. A GPS-coordinated list of roads requiring stone delivery is attached as reference material.
