About this file

This is a Financial Capacity Worksheet attachment to the Federal Occupational Health - Medications, Vaccines, and Medical Supplies (MVMS) solicitation (7571MN26R00052). The document serves as a template for offerors to demonstrate their financial capability and capacity to fulfill contract requirements. As an appendix template rather than a substantive requirements document, it does not specify particular products or services but instead requires vendors to provide financial documentation and metrics to establish their ability to meet the government's needs for medications, vaccines, and medical supplies on a potentially large scale. Offerors should complete this worksheet in accordance with instructions provided in the main RFP and submit it as part of their business/cost proposal (Volume II) by the September 25, 2026 deadline at 12:00 pm Eastern Time. The worksheet helps the contracting officer assess financial stability, working capital, and resources necessary to support sustained performance under this commercial items contract.
