About this file

This document is an Attachment B - Supplier Information and Responses related to a Request for Information (RFI) for zero-emission transit buses issued by the State of California. The RFI seeks information from suppliers on their zero-emission bus models, including battery electric and fuel cell buses, as well as details on features, specifications, pricing, and support services. The RFI covers heavy-duty buses, cutaway buses, and passenger vans, and requests suppliers to provide detailed technical and commercial information on their product offerings. This information will assist the State in developing a statewide contract for the procurement of zero-emission transit buses by state and local agencies.

The document requests suppliers to provide information on their company, the proposed bus models, any comments or suggested changes to the technical specifications, and detailed responses to 30 specific questions covering product details, pricing, testing, compliance, maintenance, and support services. Suppliers are also asked to provide data sheets and links to additional product information. The goal is to gather comprehensive market intelligence to support the establishment of a statewide zero-emission transit bus contract.
