Wage Determination Summary

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act (SCA) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The document (WD No. 2015-5537, Revision 27, dated 12/03/2025) establishes prevailing wage rates applicable to federal service contracts in Washington Counties of Spokane and Stevens.

The wage determination lists approximately 200 occupational classifications spanning administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation/mobile equipment operations. Hourly wage rates range from $14.45 (Furniture Handler) to $64.46 (Nuclear Medicine Technologist). All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly), with a separate rate of $5.09 per hour for SCA-covered contracts also subject to Executive Order 13706. Additional requirements include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service (three weeks after five years, four weeks after 15 years), minimum eleven paid holidays annually, and applicability of hazardous pay differentials (8% for high-hazard work, 4% for low-hazard work) for specified ordnance and explosives operations. Uniform allowance provisions permit reimbursement at $3.35 weekly when uniform maintenance is the employee's responsibility. Computer professionals and air traffic controllers/weather observers are subject to specific footnoted requirements, and contractors must conform unlisted occupational classifications through Form SF-1444 submission to the Department of Labor.
