About this file

This document contains a small business participation worksheet and details of a federal contract opportunity for veteran facility transformation and healthcare enhancement services. The small business participation worksheet requires all bidders, both small and large businesses, to provide information demonstrating compliance with meeting the government's small business participation requirement of allocating at least 30% of total contract dollars to small businesses, with at least 10% going to service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 12% to veteran-owned small businesses. It includes tables for bidders to provide information on their company, any proposed subcontractors, and how small business participation requirements will be met.

The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice for a blanket purchase agreement from the Department of Veterans Affairs for veteran facility transformation and healthcare enhancement services. It describes the need to analyze, assess, and evaluate aspects of the VA healthcare system and plans for infrastructure modernization. A virtual pre-solicitation conference will be held on December 14th to discuss the draft request for quotes. The notice provides call-in and online meeting details.
