About this file

This performance requirements summary outlines the requirements for a Maintenance Assistance Instruction Team contract to provide logistics support services to the U.S. Army Pacific Command. The contractor will conduct assessments, inspections, classroom instruction, training, planning, and supply management support for Army units to achieve logistical readiness. Key performance standards require 98-100% accuracy on assessments and instruction delivery, and 90-100% timeliness on planning and management tasks. The contractor must meet minimum acceptable thresholds for each requirement in order to ensure mission success. Surveillance of contractor performance will be conducted through random inspections, checks of 100% of tasks, and reviews of 95% of timeliness indicators. Acceptable quality levels specify a maximum error rate of zero for critical standards.
