About this file
This document is a Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) outlining classified information access requirements for a potential federal contract opportunity. The contract would provide architectural and engineering services, design/build construction services, and project management support to Space Launch Delta 45 for critical launch facility maintenance and construction projects. The selected contractor would require a facility security clearance, safeguard classified materials at the confidential level minimum, and have access to classified information for performance at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Patrick Space Force Base in Florida. The contractor must also follow all operation security requirements, protect controlled unclassified information, and be able to handle non-SCI national intelligence information. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and Space Launch Delta 45/Industrial Property are responsible for security oversight and inspections of collateral contract portions.
