About this file

This document is a federal contract incorporations and clauses document for procurement number FA462526Q1049, issued by the U.S. Air Force. The document serves as a template containing standard FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) clauses that are incorporated by reference into the contract, along with the full text of specific clauses applicable to this procurement.

The document includes numerous mandatory clauses covering compliance requirements such as whistleblower protections, prohibition on covered defense telecommunications equipment, Buy American provisions, small business subcontracting plans, employment eligibility verification, equal opportunity requirements, and payment procedures. Key payment provisions require contractors to submit electronically via the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system to a designated Defense Finance and Accounting Service office (Pay Official DoDAAC F87700, Issue By DoDAAC FA4625), with payment to be made by electronic funds transfer within specified timeframes. For small business concerns, the contract includes a rerepresentation clause requiring contractors to validate their size status and socioeconomic status in the System for Award Management (SAM) within specified periods, particularly for long-term contracts within 60-120 days prior to the end of the fifth year. The contract also incorporates a HUBZone price evaluation preference clause with a 10 percent evaluation factor applied to non-HUBZone offers. Additional clauses address ozone-depleting substance labeling requirements, security safeguarding of contractor information systems, and various prohibitions related to certain international activities and trade compliance matters.
