This document is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Ordering Guide for Parts, Maintenance, and Repairs of Lightweight Tactical Vehicles (LTVs) for the 621st Contingency Response Group at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. The BPA has a five-year ordering period with a total ceiling of $250,000, and individual call orders are limited to $25,000. The agreement covers routine and emergency maintenance services including engine and transmission servicing, brake system repair, electrical diagnostics, suspension maintenance, fluid changes, tire services, and emergency roadside support.
Key ordering procedures require authorized BPA callers to use pre-approved pricing lists, submit certified forms for purchases, and obtain detailed quotes for repairs. Vendors must provide delivery tickets with specific documentation for each call order. The government reserves the right to modify the BPA vendor list as needed, and either party can cancel the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Payments will be processed via Government Purchase Card (GPC) by authorized personnel from the 87th Contracting Squadron.
