Good afternoon, Hilary.
I would like to discuss furniture, accessories, and installation budget pricing for a project I am working on regarding our existing cubicles at NBAF. To provide some background, I was with DHS during the construction of NBAF and I am now part of the USDA NBAF staff and I am developing a project regarding our cubicles that I would like to put out for bid soon but need some assistance.
As you are familiar with our layout and furniture, I wanted to see if you could help. We have (6) cubicles we would like to add to match and integrate with our existing layout. (4) are “infill” locations and (2) are adding cubicles to the end of an existing row. Additionally, we would also like to investigate changing the desk orientation of (4) linear rows of existing cubicles so the desk portion is facing the opposite direction, but the “common wall” remains the same.
We would like to match the existing cubicles, but also the accessories such as desk chairs, task lighting, etc.
I have included some floorplan examples to help you and your team better understand what we are trying to accomplish. I would like to discuss this with you and potential budget pricing this project may need when you have an opportunity.
Best,
1. (2) similar locations – rotate cube desks:
2. (2) similar locations – rotate cube desks similar to #1, add cube to the end after shifting cubes to allow for circulation:
