Foreword
The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Albuquerque Area Office, Socorro Field
Division (Reclamation) has identified the need for one new 20-foot High Cube Office Container to support ongoing field operations. This mobile office will serve as a secure, weather-resistant workspace essential for site management, safety coordination, and compliance oversight at remote construction locations. Its design will provide reliable shelter during severe weather events and serve as a centralized point for first-response safety efforts. To ensure full operational capability in remote areas, the office will be equipped with a 50 AMP generator capable of powering all electrical functions, including lighting, HVAC systems, communications equipment, and computing devices. This asset will enhance the Socorro Field Division’s ability to perform mission-critical functions—including real-time decision-making, documentation, and coordination—across the Middle Rio Grande Project area.
