About this file

This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) released by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services (DAS PS) on behalf of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Publishing and Distribution (DAS P & D) for a Forklift and Compatible Paper Roll Clamp Attachment. The procurement covers the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem. Bidders are required to provide an OMWESB Outreach Plan detailing their efforts to include certified minority-owned, women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses as subcontractors. The ITB lists the subcontracting opportunities and approximate dollar values that may be available if a contract is awarded. Bidders are required to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract.

The ITB does not provide pricing details or funding information. There are no set-asides or incumbents mentioned. The document focuses on the outreach requirements for certified disadvantaged businesses to ensure they have an equal opportunity to participate in the procurement.
