About this file
This is a Cost Proposal Template for an Ammunition Negotiated Bid (26-87559) issued by the State of Indiana. The procurement covers nine line items of ammunition across multiple calibers and types, including 9mm pistol ammunition (Hornady Critical Duty, Sig Sauer FMJ, and training variants), rifle ammunition (.223/5.56mm), and shotgun ammunition (rifled slugs and buckshot). Required minimum quantities range from 1,750 to 154,000 rounds depending on the ammunition type, with respondents permitted to specify higher minimum quantities if needed. All specifications are detailed in Attachment H, and respondents must confirm compliance with these requirements through a yes or no response on the Specification Requirements tab. Respondents must submit complete pricing for all line items on the provided Excel workbook and include a matching quote on company letterhead.
Pricing must be submitted as all-inclusive unit prices that incorporate shipping, freight, delivery, and all destination fees, with no additional charges accepted post-award. The State intends to award to the lowest qualified bidder meeting all specifications. Respondents are required to return a working Excel file with their bid submission, as bids submitted without the functional spreadsheet may be deemed unresponsive. The Total Bid Amount from the Bid Cost tab must be carried forward to the MBE/WBE Subcontractor Commitment Form, IVOSB Subcontractor Commitment Form, and Indiana Economic Impact Form. The successful respondent will be responsible for coordinating with each property to schedule delivery locations and times. Any attempted manipulation of the bid cost document format will result in proposal disqualification.
