About this file

This is a Consent Letter template for subcontractors participating in the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific's response to Solicitation N64710-26-R#### (related to the U.S. Navy 78-Foot Patrol Boat Organizational Maintenance contract opportunity). The letter authorizes the release of past performance data from subcontractors to prime contractors during the source selection evaluation process. The subcontractor grants permission for the government and prime contractor to discuss and evaluate the subcontractor's past performance information as part of the best value source selection methodology. The form requires completion of subcontractor identifying information including company name, address, CAGE code, and phone number, along with the signature and title of an individual with authority to legally bind the company. This consent letter facilitates the government's emphasis on past performance evaluation by allowing relevant performance data to be shared between parties involved in the proposal development and evaluation process.
