About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to acquire approximately 11,200 laser engraved 20oz travel mugs for Patent employees, with an option to purchase up to an additional 1,000 mugs. The SOW details the scope, salient characteristics, engraving requirements, packaging and shipping, and project schedule for the travel mugs. It also includes a Schedule of Supplies with pricing for the required and optional line items.
The related federal contract opportunity is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the travel mug requirement, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ provides key details such as the solicitation number, NAICS code, PSC code, period of performance, and important dates for submitting questions and quotes. The government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract.
