This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for USSOCOM's Performance Nutrition Platform procuring commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licenses for the Teamworks Nutrition platform. The primary objective is to deliver a secure, cloud-hosted, mobile-first performance nutrition ecosystem integrating up to 55 Performance Dietitians (PDs) to serve over 18,000 Special Operations Forces Service Members across geographically dispersed locations.
Core platform capabilities include: continuous tracking of nutritional compliance and user engagement; customized meal planning with auto-scaling portion controls and automated shopping list generation; integration with military Dining Facilities (DFACs) for menu visibility and digital food ordering; role-based administrative hierarchies for enterprise coordination and resource sharing; and advanced analytics measuring dietitian efficiency, user outcomes, and program ROI. Technical requirements mandate tracking minimum 60 micro- and macro-nutrients, providing native iOS and Android applications plus web browser access, supporting secure 1:1 messaging between PDs and Service Members, and maintaining a bi-directional API with USSOCOM's Human Performance Data Management System (HPDMS) for real-time data synchronization. The platform must support a custom "digital bullet" food scoring system (1-3 bullets) functioning consistently across all SOF deployment sites regardless of individual DFAC ownership.
The contractor must host the platform in a FedRAMP-authorized government cloud environment (AWS GovCloud or Azure Government) compliant with DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide for Controlled Unclassified Information at Impact Level 4/5.
