About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for roll-off dumpster delivery, rental, hauling, and disposal services related to demolition debris removal at two sites in Marin County, California.

The contractor must provide 15 total 20-cubic-yard roll-off dumpsters: five dumpsters at the Cabin Demolition Site near 7001 Shoreline Highway in Bolinas, California, and ten dumpsters at the Barn Demolition Site near 9215 Shoreline Highway in Olema, California. The contractor shall deliver dumpsters to designated locations, provide a one-week rental period per dumpster, haul filled dumpsters, and dispose of demolition debris at a legally permitted landfill facility. All dumpsters must be structurally sound, leak-free, delivered in clean condition, and capable of legal highway transport when loaded. The contractor is responsible for all labor, transportation, equipment, fuel, disposal fees, landfill tipping fees, weight tickets, and disposal documentation. The waste stream consists of non-hazardous demolition debris including wood, roofing materials, and interior finish materials. Hazardous materials and asbestos-containing materials have been previously abated and removed, and the contractor is not responsible for hazardous material abatement. The estimated disposal quantities are approximately 102 tons for the Bolinas site and 52 tons for the Olema site, though these are estimates only. Payment is based on actual dumpsters delivered and serviced, agreed-upon rental rates, actual landfill disposal weight, and any approved overweight charges. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, maintain required licenses and permits, ensure lawful disposal, prevent spillage during transport, repair any damage caused by operations, and coordinate schedules with the Contracting Officer's Representative.
