Notes:
1. The intent of this document is to establish a pricelist of labor categories and rates. The rates on the pricelist will be the Offeror's fully burdened labor rates and will be established as ceiling rates. Offeror’s shall expect rates to be discounted at the task order level, therefore are highly encouraged to propose offsite pricing. Task Orders will be established Man-year of 1,872 Hours.
2. Offerors shall propose ALL labor categories & skill levels anticipated to be used for the entire 5 Year period. Since these should be fully burdened rates, the offeror shall ensure all subcontractors and team member rates are included. Failure to do so makes the Offeror unawardable. Offerors are highly encouraged to propose as many labor categories to the pricelist it deems necessary to fulfill the scope of the requirement.
3. All labor rates should be expressed as dollars & cents.
4. If proposing escalation, Offerors shall identify the time period for the dates. Offeror's are welcome to use its budget year to determine when to apply the escalation, ie Jan to Dec, Oct to Sep, Apr to Mar.
5. TAB 1 Pricelist - Columns A through I will be established as pricelist.
6. Total Evaluated Price (TEP) will be the average of the sum of the proposed fully burdened labor rates for the two prefilled categories across all years.
